Well put together. Easy to follow. Many benefits if one remembers to do the exercises regularly.
I used to love floor exercises–many many moons ago. Now that I am older, there is only one thing I hate about floor exercises–the floor. It hurts to get down, it hurts to lay there, and it hurts to get up off the floor. This is the perfect alternative. The exercises are easy to follow, varied and are for the entire body.
I recommend this for anyone who has left exercise behind long ago, especially those of us with fibromyalgia. This book is simple to follow and gentle allowing you to work up to more repetitions.
A great idea.
Very easy to follow, pictures are very helpful. Exercises are very adaptable to those of us with weight issues and cannot get down and up from the floor. The stretching exercises I feel gives to flexibility and joints have a chance to feel better without weight bearing down on them. Given time the exercises can be beneficial and easy to stay with doing.
Easy exercises to do before you go to bed or get up in the morning. Everything helps.
